Position Details
Lead, Training, Development & Partnerships
Responsibilities:

Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance with
mining regulations.
Key Skills: Proven expertise in HR policies,
strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multi-level training
programs.
Officer, Training and Development
Responsibilities:
Facilitate, execute, and assess training programs for
operational teams.
Ensure compliance with mining safety standards and
regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee skill
development.
Key Skills: Proficiency in HR practices,
excellent communication, and attention to detail.
CSR Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage community-focused construction
projects.
Collaborate with teams to manage budgets, BOQs, and
ensure project goals are achieved.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
Key Skills: Expertise in project management
tools, technical specifications, and stakeholder communication.
Travel Coordinator
Responsibilities:
